Claude Code’s weekly usage boost drops to 25%
From 14 September, the temporary 50% usage boost is set to become a permanent 25% increase.
Claude Code’s temporary weekly usage boost changes on 14 September. The current 50% increase will become a permanent 25% uplift.
That leaves users with roughly 17% less weekly usage than they have under the temporary boost. It is still an improvement over the old baseline, but it will feel like a cut for anyone already running into Claude Code’s limits.
